Not as immediately gripping of many of the recent crop of 'wacky pastime gets cutthroat' documentaries (genius air twiddling pseudo-Nuno C Diddy's arch rival, Bjorn Turoque, is merely insipid), but it's still catnip for anyone who's ever pulled off an extended gymnastics- based loungeroom Yngwie meltdown.
