Review of Air Force One (1997) by Hans J. E — 07 Oct 2009
Air Force One is one of the best action films I have seen in my entire life. The acting was fantastic. Whenever I hear about and action film that Harrison Ford is in I just want to see it because all of his action movies are so addicting.
It was weird about seeing Gary Oldman a little bit younger. Because I mostly recognize Gary Oldman from The Dark Knight so I barely even recognized him in this picture. I think that this is one of William H.
Macy's shortest parts I have seen in movies with him, since the remake of Psycho. Sometimes I forgot that he was in this picture. I liked it that they showed off the plane showing the vice president in the office who is played by Glenn Close, because it sees what other people are thinking of what is happening outside of the airplane.
Well just a reminder Harrison Ford plays the President of the United States in this movie. Of course like he does in every action film, he kicks butt. Harrison Ford is one of the best action movie actors I have ever seen in my entire life.
Well another thing that made this movie great was the director Wolfgang Petersen. He is one of the best action, disaster movie directors that you will ever see in the cinema. This is one of Harrison Ford's masterpiece and one of Wolfgang Petersen's masterpieces in the whole cinema.
8 Stars.
