This will please kids but even they might get fed up with all the sentimental plot after all, they came to see a dog play basketball, not learn lessons on life! Adults will have almost nothing to keep them entertained no jokes, no asides and even the basketball action is dull and predictable.
Go watch soccer dog instead at least that knows it's silly.
