Pretty low budget movie and although based on a very violent war was able to take a lighter side to it. Whether or not drug running and the like happened, I'm not sure, but it was an interesting view for the background of the movie.

I enjoyed Gibson and Downey Jr together, be good to put them together now (or when they were heavily intoxicated) and see what they mix up. ALso funny as seeing Dr Kelso as the bad guy with actual hair and not a rug!
