Slow, brooding, and wonderfully acted. Ain't them bodies saints paints a picture of romance and it's inability to flourish. It's a film that requires attention, but offers little other than atmosphere and delightful execution.
And that's perfectly appropriate, it also must be noted that the score is the strongest aspect of the movie.
