Review of A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001) by Abel D — 02 Oct 2013
While its first half may leave thought provoking questions for simple emotions, Kubrick's last feature, as realized by Spielberg, remains a fine piece of cinema. With outstanding visuals that still look great after more than a decade, a solid roster of top characters, with Osmet delivering one of the finest turns of any young actor as the curious robot, and an incredible moving yet haunting score by undisputed master John Williams that seemlessly merges sweet fairy tale with cooler, more unsettling science fiction, A.
I makes for a truly touchng experience.
