Review of A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001) by Anne R — 01 Dec 2011
This movie was sad, but I did enjoy it. However, I think it should have stopped when David was underwater. I didn't care for the rest of the ending with the alien-like robots. What made this film sad for me was that the whole time David just wanted to be a real boy, like Martin, because he thought that was the only way Monica would love him, even though she did just the way he was.
I also liked Gigolo Joe, he added some fun to the film, not making it so sad and depressing. I thought that it was sweet the was these two unlikely friends became friends.
