Review of Aguirre, the Wrath of God (1972) by Ro D — 09 Apr 2012
I watched this and Cobra Verde back to back speeding my balls off till the sun burst from the sky. When the sun hit me, my mind melted and I haven't been the same since. If you have not seen this movie, see it!!! Klaus Kinski is a madman. Well he was a madman in real life. See the movie that made Kinski perhaps the last great actor of the 20th century. Hauntingly beautiful is the score that follows the movie by Popol Vuh.
Watch the movie that clearly inspired Coppola's masterpiece, Apocalypse Now.
You will thank me later.
