Review of Aguirre, the Wrath of God (1972) by Daniel A — 01 May 2008
Aguirre, the Wrath of God was loosely inspired by Conrad's Heart of Darkness and went on to inspire Coppola's classic Apocalypse Now. A detailed study of both the human condition and the follies of colonialism.
