Review of Aguirre, the Wrath of God (1972) by Dodd A — 10 Feb 2009
Herzog's classic is really worth checking out. It is interesting to see a 16th century -set film about the consequences of greed, and how much the storyline compares to today's economic climate.
Herzog's hypnotic direction also compliments it well.
