Fascinating film. Apocalypse Now and Terence Malick's whole career owe a lot to this film. I don't think I will ever watch Apocalypse Now the same way. Essential viewing to see the mad men (both Werner Herzog and Klaus Kinski) at their best. The title character might be one of the craziest villains in cinema and Kinski plays him to a tee.
