Such an amazing film! Feels like you've actually been transported and are accompanying a Spanish expedition into Peru of the 1500's and certain madness.
I you are into filmaking and, or aspire to tell stories in the medium... watch it a second time for the Werner Herzog commentary. Such PURE film artistry. Bravo!
Why doesn't anyone make films with this level of passion anymore?
