Werner Herzog's "Aguirre, the Wrath of God" has moments of such silence that you can almost hear it; moments of such beauty that your lungs momentarily forget their function; scenes of such great rage that it can only be Klaus Kinski in the main role.
The true cinematic mad man duo, Herzog and Kinski create a friction on film as the two artists rub against each other, dedicating to celluloid one of the great achievements in film.
