Agora is an action-drama, heavier on the drama. Agora's story is centered around an athiest philosopher caught in war between followers of two religions. Great acting, but you may find the movie boring minus the riots that stir things up well.
Rent it if you're interested in Roman history, especially the religious aspect of it.
