This movie is, as I think most sequels are... terrible! The first movie (Agent Cody Banks.) was much better. It has a terrible screenplay, terrible actors (Except for Frankie Muniz, he's awesome.), and terrible, well, everything! This movie is MUCH worse than the first one!
