Sounds stupid doesn't it? I think the CIA can employ someone who's balls have dropped and has an idea of whats going on. Never seen it though, but il take a wild stab. Ridiculous Baddy gets a goon to steal some ridiculous device.
Cody is hired because hes been secretly trained. He meets some dumb blonde somwhere, probably shes a frat girl from high school and hes a nerd. She gets kidnapped and so does he. They escape with some ridiculous gadget that was cunningly designed and given to him for that specific situation.
He confronts the baddie, and kills him accidentally. The End.
