I think this was exactly the same like the first part only with different story and villains. I liked Emily's (Hannah Spearritt) accent. I didn't find this that much entertaining. It wasn't even boring but somehow I felt something was lacking in it.
I don't really recommend this to watch as some might take it as a waste of time. And I kinda wished that Hillary Duff was here too and the story line matches with the first one. Then it would have been a better movie instead of "so-so".
