It's billed as a Vampire movie. It's not. It's a zombie movie. That said, you don't need a review for this. It stars Steven Seagal and a cast of nobodies wandering around a quarantined hospital trying to survive an onslaught of deadly zombies.
Watch it to make fun of, or if you're drunk or (in my case) if you've seen everything else your VOD has to offer. Forgettable.
