This movie takes you through a journey between present and past and it does is delicately and with effortless fluidity. It is beautiful to see the camera focus on the eyes, their reaction and the images reflected in them.

If you watch Susanne Bier's commentary about the deleted scenes you will realize how she put an effort to take away the excess melodrama in order to refrain from clouding the clarity of the message and your captivation.
