Review of After the Thin Man (1936) by James S — 10 Jan 2008
I really enjoy the byplay between William Powell and Myrna Loy.
Loy has excellent comedic timing. These were shot during the depression and seeing a sophisticated, funny couple with no financial worries must have been a breath of fresh air. Not as good at the first Thin Man but almost!
