Beautiful concept, very thought-provoking. The visuals could be stronger. (I would give it a 5-star rating for concept and long-lasting thought-provoking value but only 2 stars for visuals.) You will be thinking about the themes and question the movie poses for a long time.
I think the people featured give their actual accounts of their favorite moments. Bring all your friends to watch it and talk about it! I watched this sometime after college and still think about which moment I would choose for all eternity to experience.
