Review of After Hours (1985) by Craig N — 05 Aug 2007
Scorsese's foray into black comedy. Griffin Dunn finds himself at the mercy of a succession of insane New Yorkers in SoHo after dark. Scorsese treads a fine line in his depiction of the SoHo residences.
They straddle the line between being well intentioned but completely unhelpful to deliberately malicious. Funny because it's true.
