Review of After Hours (1985) by Christopher B — 11 Jun 2010
One of my favourite Scorsese film that started a whole genre of comedies. I don't know how many comedies I've called "After Hourish" when the movies hero's situation goes from horrible to unbearable and yet is ridiculously funny.
Along with King of Comedy, Scorsese proved his genius in making folks laugh in a way that hasn't even been thought of yet. A perfect film.
