Review of After Fall, Winter (2012) by Matthew S — 30 Sep 2013
If only Eric Schaeffer could stop using himself as his own leading man he might end up with a solid film. This movie is a sort of extension of an earlier film by Schaeffer. This movie tries to be more than it is and often goes to far with its use of BDSM scenes.
But, I found this film to be filled with engaging moments of honesty and an uncomfortable mix of human kindness and cruelty. Lizzie Brocheré is amazing in this role. Her performance is what triggers me to give this film 3 instead of 2.
5 stars.
