Similar in many ways to The Facility (a better film), After Effect concerns a group of young people who sign up for a drug test and end up as part of a government plot to develop a new biological weapon.
Modestly entertaining, the brutality is lacking in After Effect, and it ends up feeling a little too much like a Syfy Channel movie. Maybe it's because Daniel Baldwin is in it...
