It has a few cool concepts, but other than that, this movie is a complete mess. The script is poorly written, the dialogue is bland and even in the hands of Smith, there isn't anything to do about it.
Inconsistency, and nothing to keep the viewer interested. In the proper hands, this could have been a decent movie, but the script needed revisions and the whole, emotionless characters with some sort of made up accent, that regardless of it's unexistence, sounds like it was delivered wrong.
I don't know how you mess up a made up accent, but that's what happened. This movie was bad. And that about sums it up.
