Review of African Cats (2011) by Jon C — 21 Apr 2011
It's not as strong as it should be for a Disney Nature documentary.
The scenery is magnificent as always being filmed on the African landscape.
The animal's journeys are documented through the toughest of times, loss, danger, and hope.
Teaches that just like real people mothers protect their cubs and have them thrive on very little in order to make it.
At times its so damn depressing watchin the limitations of these cats; at the same time it's a treat to see life begin and anew again to move another generation forward.
It's worth a watch if you can get past the sorrowness of it all.
