Review of African Cats (2011) by Richard A — 30 May 2011
This is an adorable and informative nature film with breath taking Kenyan photography .It is predominately a story of the bond between Mothers and their cubs (lioness and a cheetah ) .It shows the ordeals that these Mothers have to endure to protect their young .
It makes you feel like you are part of the family .This G rated movie is narrated in a family friendly way, but it is not for the very young. There are some sad moments ,but more happy and uplifting moments and you'll leave the theater mulling this movie over in your mind for quite some time.
These magnificent creatures are captured like nothing I have ever seen in a nature film before .
