Starts out as a spicey romance and becomes a cultural tug of war. A good example of how cultural custom can be difficult and can go against individual integrity. BUT, it was rather slow and seemed premature.

.. I was surprised there was oral sex in this movie, I thought the character attachment could have been more deeply established considering the sexual attachment was. Half way through I lost interest even though I knew where it was leading.

I think the sexual climaxes were too many too early (3) even before 1 hr, leading a lack of climax later in the story when it happened to get deeper into a plot. Perhaps this is more realistic, but not as interesting to me.
