Review of Adventures in Babysitting (1987) by Brian D — 05 Aug 2010

I saw this movie a couple times when I was a kid and actually liked it. I saw it again in my twenties and was APPALLED. What a piece of complete and total crap! This movie is as bad as the cover picture/poster for the film. It's absolutely ridiculous and pathetic the whole way through.

Mind you, it's not as bad as the worst films ever made, but it's so bad I really couldn't believe it. This is definitely not a film that you appreciate more as you get older. It's more along the lines of a film that makes you question whether your childhood was even good or not. After watching it, you're afraid of the answer.
