4*. Almost perfect little teen movie. Kristen Stewart is surprisingly good as a mopey teenager with issues, it's not especially funny but emotive, emphahetic & with a diverse soundtrack. The bloke just plays himself (again), & it's perhaps a bit Lou Reed heavy, but as a solid teen romance it's superior stuff.
