This is properly charming, funny; and properly cool. Eisenberg plays the teenage Woody Allen again, which he does everytime; but hey he's good at it.

The plot and characters you've seen a 100 times before. We're talking nerds, cool kids; infatuation; heartbreak; and self-discovery. But that awkward testing of your boundaries and adolescent romance, always strikes a chord with me. Stewart is much better here as an angst-ridden teen, than in her vampire outings, and I thought the 80s setting worked as well. Cool Bowie poster to top it all off as well. Just to reiterate this is charming!
