Review of Adventureland (2009) by Thomas P — 15 Jul 2015

Funny, warm summer nostalgia flick - adults will remember fondly and teens will enjoy the bittersweet truths at the core of this step back in time. It masquerades as throwback, but it's a coming of age tale that is very well done, and not without a few fresh surprises.

Scene stealing is at an all time high here with such great supporting players, but it all adds to the fun to make it a stronger film.

I saw the tv version, so I was not affected by the R rated stuff, per se.
