Review of Adventureland (2009) by Greg O — 23 Oct 2012
An overall bland film, where nothing really is accomplished, and a bunch of teenagers act selfish. That statement basically sums up this film. There are a few humorous scenes, most with Kristen Wig, which shows her talent.
However, the majority of the time you are just watching kids getting high, trying to get laid, and not really doing anything. There is a story, but most of the time the plot or consequences of the actions of the story, are secondary and not really bad, until, it is drop on the main character almost out of nowhere.
Overall I feel this film is overrated, not really worth a watch, unless you absolutely must see it.
