Review of Adulthood (2008) by James C — 13 Nov 2009

Adulthood follows on from the teen film Kidulthood, but this time it's six years later and the characters are older, but only some a little wiser. Most of the cast are back and you see what has become of them since the death of Trife in the previous film.

Not as engaging as its predecessor although none of the gritty violence and language has gone, the film has a good finale but I think the whole film could have been a lot more emotional like the first film.
