Review of Admission (2013) by Julia H — 17 Jan 2014
I actually really enjoyed this flick! It was not what I was expecting, but it surprised me in many different ways. I thought Tina Fey was adorable as this neurotic, boring woman stuck in a terribly banal job.
Paul Rudd was his normal goofy, adorable, quirky character-type as Fey's random love interest. The story does get a little muddy as you wade through the film, but I enjoyed the different characters and tactics Fey made as the female lead trying to figure out how to live her life once it starts falling apart around her.
I particularly enjoyed her poorly timed run-ins with her ex-boyfriend (Michael Sheen)!
