Review of Addicted (2014) by Saku N — 27 Mar 2015
The movie was decent, but it didn't delve into Sharon Leal's character development enough. The entire movie I was waiting for the "big reveal" as to what made her addicted, and FINALLY within the last 10 minutes of the movie they allude to it.
The live in mother was annoying and not needed since she didn't do anything, and I was wondering why it took so long for her addiction to manifest itself and how long she was unhappy. I'm also sure there HAD to be more conflict between husband and wife, but we didn't get that story either.
It was mindless entertainment and a little twist towards the end....but it's worth a look.
