I am really not a fan of the first theatrical Addams Family film, but adore this one. Why is that? I'm not really sure. The wit and macabre fun of this film won me over. It's insanely delightful, and I really dug the addition of Joan Cusack.
As with the first film, it works best when Raul Julia and Anjelica Huston are playing off each other. They are magical together!
