Noting that I disliked the first film adaptation of the classic sitcom, this one wasn't any better, but it has a more entriguing and less mind numbingly boring story than the original. Humorwise it's still the same grim dark humor.

The second and last film makes way for another Addams child, Pubert, as the other kids plot to kill him before being sent to an overly joyous summer camp. The more focused plot is that Fester falls in love with a notorious murderer who kills her husbands after marriage to get their money, although each murder plot falls flat.

Obviously the film wanted to leave out the charming aspects of the series yet again and go for grim humor, which is thrown at you everywhere. The film is really not that funny and the majority of characters are really annoying, like the murderer and the camp counselors. If you liked the first, this one lives up to it in every way, but don't bother seeing it if you're expecting a replica of the series.
