Review of Adam's Rib (1949) by Simon D — 27 Feb 2016
I finally got to watch this Tracy/Hepburn classic which is widely considered to be one of the best of their 9 films together. The script is good, and you can see their strong chemistry together. The story is interesting as they play a married couple on opposing sides of a case where a wife shot at her husband and mistress.
It's funny, and dramatic at times. Aside from a highly irritating supporting character, the films is quite strong and definitely worth a watch!
