Review of Adam Resurrected (2008) by Dubzy D — 16 Jan 2016
A film which is so profound and detached in its subject matter that it leaves a deep imprint on the mind. It is the sardonic humour which gave the survivors the strength to carry on living, This is the essence of the film and its detached view of survival and learning somehow to live and remain living.
The scene where the survivors shout their numbers is akin to shouting to the Holocaust that they survived in spite of everything. All students of psychology and philosophy ought to see this film and examine its contents, which are dark and deep and look into the human soul.
