Not Jackassy enough to appeal to that group and a paper-thin "plot" that won't appeal to anyone else. I literally laughed once at a gag and smiled maybe four other times. Worse, the group of college-aged guys behind me barely laughed at all.
Even Knoxville's inherent likability cannot save this film.
