In Act of Valor, the United States' most deadly task force invites the audience along for a few busy days at the office. The quality of acting was what you would expect for trained soul-eaters, but the action, tactics, toys, explosions and heroism entirely made up for the deficiency of Clint Eastwood-esque on screen performances.
From a highly bias-clouded perspective, easily a contender for movie of the year.
