Review of Act of Valor (2012) by Tuomas R — 06 Apr 2013
The heroes have chiseled faces and unluckily for the movie they remained stone-faced throughout. There are some good elements being exploited, some good action sequences and cold, hard execution of ops, and some of the cinematography is good.
A story, a well executed story, it is not. A tribute to American special ops and then some marketing courtesy of the NAVY Seals recruitment office are the only positives I was left with at the end.
