Very enjoyable film--loved the music, of course, as a child of the 60s, the fresh talented young cast, the great choreography, and the innovative film style that suited the theme. Liked the happy ending love story, too.
As usual, the audience liked it and, since it wasn't depressing enough so that you wanted to walk off a building, the critics didn't like it.
