As a devoted. MyBeatles fan, I found the idea, of a movie, based on their songs, sung by anyone other than the Beatles. .. A terrible idea,& how dare they touch my favorite music & disgrace it! long after it came& went in the theaters, my little brother told me he'd seen it. this guy is all into gangster rap. He said, this movie.
made him a fan of the Beatles Music.
promised, if I gave it a chance, I'd love it. im 45,& of the thousands of films Ive seen, this continues to be My favorite "feel good" movie!!! The music is Amazing. The songs are given a different sound, in the most beautiful way. The acting& vocals, are moving... The visual look of the film is brilliant. Everything is in synch.... The songs and the story are as one. I highly recommend giving this movie a chance! Especially Beatles fans,like me, who have avoided it! :).
