100%. Just because it's rating is uncomfortably low for my tastes. This movie is HOOLARIUS. If you didn't laugh your ass of all the way through, you're dead inside. Through and through.
Here it is right here: IMHO, BETTER THAN THE FIRST. (Which, as we all know, was stunning.).
