Review of Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (1994) by Peter D — 02 Nov 2013

Jim Carrey's breakout role will have you laughing at times and shaking your head at others. His craziness throughout the entire movie shows why he is one of a kind, and although it's funny, it gets annoying real fast.

I thought this was a clever movie, but it certainly wasn't my favorite of his. A lot of people have recommended this movie saying it was one of the funniest they've seen, but I just didn't see why.

An amusing comedy at best.
