Review of Accidental Love (2015) by Pj E — 21 Jun 2015
The lowbrow humour and bottom-of-the-barrel dialogue inadvertently causes the film to feel like it's mocking those who've suffered at the hands of the US medical system it's attempting to critique.
The opening was the only enjoyable part and gave the impression that what was going to follow would be a quirky, goofball comedy with loud, satirical caricatures. Although some of these things were delivered, they arrived without the subtly and wit required for the subject matter.
The film is a catastrophic mess.
