Review of Accepted (2006) by Brianna E — 07 Dec 2012
Bartleby Gaines: Listen guys, there are plenty of successful people who didn't go to college. Albert Einstein. You know? Pocahontas never went to college. Corey Feldman and Corey Haim; they had a great run. Both Lewis and Clark. Suzanne Somers. Bono.
Justin Long: Bartleby Gaines.
Jonah Hill: Sherman Schrader.
Adam Herschman: Glen.
Columbus Short: Hands.
A young guy Bartleby Decides to create his own college with hilarious results. What starts as a small thing soon escalates into something great and creative for young people.
The whole film I was expecting to be crap but this was an unexpected pleasure to watch with more laughs than I could count.
Justin Long is the quirky, charisma charged lead who crashes through the process of making up a college, a great pleasure to watch.
The music was fun and the humour light hearted. Similar to 10 things I hate about you and my personal fave Animal House.
If you want a laugh and something not too serious this is for you.
Light entertainment.
